Norm's Story

Norm Kerth is a highly respected software consultant who is best known for his book "Project Retrospectives: A Handbook for Team Reviews". Unfortunately he suffered a disabling brain injury in a car accident in 1999. To read his full story please follow the link to the Process Impact website.
