The Course
Effective Test Management is based on the Test Management module from the Practitioner. A three day course, it provides the attendee with the advanced test and team management skills that are increasingly required in today's testing environment.

Test Progress, Monitoring and Control
Monitoring and S-curves, other monitoring techniques, control and measuring the value of testing.
Testing and Risk
Introduction to testing and risk, risk identification, risk analysis and risk mitigation.
People Skills
Individual skills, test team dynamics (including a team role analysis using E-Interplace ©, the team role advice software from Belbin Associates), fitting testing within an organisation and motivation.
Test Process Improvement
Process improvement and the lifecycle, CMM and SPICE models, Test Maturity Model (TMM), Stepwise improvement using TPI ®.
